This AIR FRYER EGG TOAST is the perfect breakfast in under 10 minutes! Enjoy a runny yolk and a slice of crispy toast, all cooked together in the air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Use the bottom of a glass to create an indention in each slice of bread.
- Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket, then carefully crack an egg into each indention. Season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry at 330°F for 5 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle cheese on top and continue air frying for another 3 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. See the notes below for timing adjustments.
Notes
- Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your air fryer. For example, in our Instant Vortex, soft eggs with a runny yolk and set whites took 7 minutes at 330°F. For medium eggs, it took 8 minutes, and for hard eggs, 9 minutes.
- Making a wider indention in the bread helps the egg whites cook more evenly.
