EQUIPMENT
- Air fryer
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Small pot
INGREDIENTS
- 2 x 7-inch flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice each tortilla into 8 wedges.
- Melt the vegan butter in a small pot over low heat (or in the microwave for a few seconds) and set it aside. In a separate bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
- Brush both sides of the tortilla triangles with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on both sides of the tortilla triangles.
- Arrange the tortilla triangles in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, pausing a few times to shake the basket and redistribute the chips.
- Let the chips rest in the air fryer with the lid open for 1 to 2 minutes to allow them to crisp up without cooking further.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use soft flour tortillas that are about 7 to 8 inches in diameter, smaller than the typical tortillas used for burritos.
