5- MINUTE RASPBERRY SORBET (MADE IN BLENDER!)

This 5-Minute Raspberry Sorbet is the ultimate fruity and refreshing treat that’s perfect for any day! I started making this as an afternoon snack so often that I realized it was too good not to share. Plus, it only requires 4 simple ingredients!

All you need to do is blend frozen raspberries, bananas, cherries, and a splash of almond milk until smooth. It works best in a high-speed blender, but you can also use a regular blender with a little patience—just stop to scrape down the sides every now and then. This recipe serves 2-3 people, but feel free to double or triple it to serve more!

Making sorbet at home is a healthier option than store-bought versions since you skip the added sugars, artificial colors, and preservatives. If you’d like to prepare it in advance, simply store the sorbet in a container in the freezer. When you’re ready to enjoy it, let it sit for 5-10 minutes to soften enough for easy scooping. This homemade sorbet is not only delicious but also a great way to impress your guests with a simple, yet fancy, treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1⅓ cups frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen cherries (about 9-10 cherries)
  • ⅔ cup almond milk (plus extra if needed to help blend)

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If it gets stuck, pause and scrape down the sides. Add more almond milk if necessary to help it blend.
  • Enjoy immediately, or transfer to a tin and freeze. When you’re ready to serve, scoop it out and enjoy right away.

Notes: This recipe also works great for making popsicles!
