10-MINUTE SIMPLE NAAN PIZZA

Love homemade pizza? Make it quick and easy with this naan pizza recipe! Using soft, golden naan bread as the crust, you can whip up a delicious and healthy weeknight meal in just 10 minutes that the whole family will enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 naan breads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil or olive oil cooking spray (optional for a crispier crust)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Additional toppings of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the naan breads in a single layer on the sheet.
  • Prepare the Crust: In a small bowl, mix together the dried basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Lightly brush or spray each naan with olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the top. Bake on the middle rack for 3–4 minutes, or until golden. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
  • Assemble the Pizzas: Remove the naan from the oven and spread an even layer of tomato sauce on each. Add your favorite toppings, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake Again: Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for another 3–4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  • Serve: Allow the pizzas to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
