INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of thick white bread or French bread, cut into small pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (57g) salted butter, softened (or unsalted butter with 1/4 tsp salt)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine the garlic, butter, and parsley. Mix well.
- Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice. Optionally, top with Parmesan cheese and/or red pepper flakes.
- Slice the bread into small pieces and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F for 3-5 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of crispiness. Serve warm and enjoy!
